Compliance is the key operating principle of RUSEL. With that goal always the priority for management and employees, the holding has a completely open system of communication and reporting designed to establish long-term relationships with our clients and partners.

RUSEL has put into effect the following programs to make our business and us easy to approach and easy to understand:

• Adoption of GAAP accounting standards. The process will be completed by the end of 2003.
• Consolidated reporting of RUSEL Holding as a whole and each member company individually with support of leading Western and Russian auditing firms.
• Adoption of MRP-II production management program and its integration with GAAP reports in an effort to avoid man-made errors.
• RUSEL holding’ consolidation into one stock and its introduction onto one of the global stock markets before the end of 2004.
